Release of Information (ROI)

Many Physician practices and Institutions utilize third party ROI service companies to fulfill incoming requests in order to unburden the office staff from performing this menial task.  In exchange for providing this ROI service, third party ROI service companies collect all the fees that the Provider was entitled to recieve.  In many cases the Provider is sacraficing a significant revenue stream to the ROI service company.
