Co-Founder and Chief Exective Officer Stephen Manske brings over thirty years of entrepreneurial experience, spawning seven successful startups, combined with early corporate training at Eastman Kodak and senior management roles at Wells Fargo Bank and Anacomp, Inc.  He brings a unique blend of product development and management expertise to MedFileShare.  He is considered one of the pioneers in the development of what is now the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) industry. In the early 1990's he pioneered the deployment of the first Web based Document Management System for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and American Express.

Co-Founder and President/Chief Medical Officer Sam Harrison, M.D. brings to MedFileShare a uniquely blended background as an accomplished and respected physician, a successful entrepreneurer, and political activist for state and national healthcare initiatives. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University and completed medical school and residency at Baylor College of Medicine. Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer James Benham started his first company, JBKNOWLEDGE, on the principle that high quality professional services could be delivered to small and medium-sized businesses at economical rates. James has been working with Internet technologies for the past 12 years and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.

Co-Founder and Executive Vice President James T. "Jim" Benham has been a business owner for the past thirty two years. He brings his experience with manufacturing and service companies, along with extensive financial planning and management skills, to the team. Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1963.
